MULBERRIES  

Yes you heard it right .Do you know that MULBERRIES are powerful antioxidants , anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and helps to improve our immune system too .Even they have a lot more interesting properties that are beneficial for our health .

INGREDIENTS (HERE  all you need is )

• MULBERRIES
• Honey 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Take a muslin  cloth  and putt some mulberries into it . Then just squeez out all the liquid from berries .
• Take a pot and pour the juice in it and heat it at a   medium flame until it thinkens slightly .
• Once your juice gets a thick consisttency turn the cooktop off and allow it to cool .
•  Now add honey as much as u want into the syrup .
• Take a empty jar and fill in the syrup .

Your syrup is ready 

Take a glass full of water and add 1/2 tablespoons of your syrup and enjoy it's  goodness .

Storage 
Store this syrup in air tight jar or container  in refrigerator . It can last upto 3 months .
